Hello everyone, my name is Seth Johnson

I graduated from Butler University with a degree in Biology and Psychology in 2011. I’ve been a personal trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise since 2013 and hold a nutrition certification with Precision Nutrition since 2018. I developed my passion for fitness throughout my athletic careers (mainly football and wrestling, although I’ve competed in others) and through witnessing the impact health and fitness have upon an individual well beyond the gym. I focus on performance and habit formation as a means to physical, psychological, and emotional change. I believe that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. 

Training Style

  

I have trained towards a variety of goals (athletic, strength, and aesthetic) using vastly different approaches that I draw from while training my clients. My training involves implementing strength, balance, and corrective aspects along with the more traditional approach of resistance training to help my clients achieve their goals. While I love pushing perceived mental limits to see what the body is capable of doing, I also believe that better movement and a more methodical approach leads to more sustainable success.
